These terms and conditions are here to help you understand how personal training with David Price Fitness works. They ensure clear expectations, professional standards, and a smooth experience for both of us.

1. Commited to Results

Working with a personal trainer is a team effort. I’ll guide, support, and challenge you — but your success also depends on your consistency, effort, and communication. These terms are designed to help you stay on track while protecting the value of the coaching I provide.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged in full. If you give enough notice and I have availability, I’ll do my best to reschedule.

3. Late Arrivals (including me!)

Sessions will finish at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late. The full session fee still applies for late arrivals. If I'm ever running late, I’ll let you know as soon as possible. If I arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, you’ll receive a bonus free session added to your package — that’s on me.

4. Holidays, Time Off & Notice

Please provide two weeks’ notice if you’ll be away (e.g. on holiday or work trip). This helps with scheduling and keeping your progress on track.

5. Illness & Sickness Cancellations

If you're unwell, please let me know as soon as possible — ideally with at least 2 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice may be charged at full rate. I always try to be fair, especially in genuine situations, but short notice limits rescheduling options.

6. Injuries & Modified Sessions

If you’re managing an injury or condition, please let me know with 24 hours’ notice so I can adapt your session accordingly. Often, we can still train effectively by modifying exercises.

7. Appointment Changes & Make-Up Sessions

You may request to change your session time — subject to availability. Make-up sessions for missed appointments are not guaranteed but may be offered at my discretion.

8. Communication

WhatsApp or phone are preferred for updates, questions, or changes. I aim to respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

9. Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances

I understand that emergencies can arise. Please contact me as soon as you can if something unexpected happens. We’ll work together to find a solution where possible.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

I’m committed to offering a high-quality, supportive service. If you’re ever unhappy with how things are going, please speak to me directly and I’ll do my best to resolve it.

11. Session Expiry

All personal training sessions must be used within 2 months of purchase. This helps maintain consistency, results, and scheduling.

12. Package Start Date

Training packages must be started within 2 weeks of the purchase date. This ensures we build early momentum and routine.

13. Communication Expectations

I’ll maintain regular, supportive communication throughout your package. If I don’t hear from you for over 2 weeks, I may assume you’ve paused or discontinued, and your slot may be reallocated.

14. Gym Membership Requirement (for sessions at The Gym Group)

You must hold an active Gym Group membership to train with me at that location. If your membership is paused or expired, sessions will be paused until resolved.

15. Payment Terms

All sessions must be paid in advance via Go Cardless, Sum-Up or cash. After your first 6 weeks, you may switch to a monthly recurring direct debit via Go Cardless. Missed sessions may be rescheduled where possible, but not refunded.

16. Refund Policy

Full refunds are only available if no sessions in the package have been used. No partial refunds will be issued for used or partially used packages.This ensures fair use of time, resources, and availability for all clients.

17. Agreement Acknowledgement

These terms are available on my website and shared with all new clients. By signing up for personal training with David Price Fitness, you agree to these terms. I’m always happy to clarify anything if needed.
